Sears Timeline

 I love timelines - and putting them together. This is one done in connection to the Brick Wall mentioned previously for Samuel Hitchcock and Sarah Sears.

1732, 14 Nov – first child (Rebeckah born), Yarmouth, MA – see above for children –                last one 1751, 3 Nov, Middletown, CT

1748, 5 Feb – Joshua and Rebecca, dismissed TO the East Church of 

        Middletown, CT

1753, 27 Sep – Joshua dies in Middletown (falling tree)

1753, 29 Nov – Inventory of Joshua’s estate done

1755, 2 May -  Rebecca given permission to sell some of her land for debts

1755, 2 June – Rebeckah given OK to advertise and sell part of the land

1755, 10 July – Elkanah Sears bought 14 acres from his mother (eldest son)

1757, Apr 1 – Admin of Joshua Sears Estate

1757, 9 Apr – distribution of land by court. Thomas/Sarah not mentioned
